Nancy has been involved with NY state ski racing as an official in multiple capacities and has her level 100 coaching certification. She has coached U12 athletes at Winter4Kids and U8/U10 athletes at Windham mountain. Nancy has 4 children that have been ski racers, three have moved on to coaching.  Two continued to college racing and the youngest is a first year U16 who recently competed in CanAms.

Current NYSSRA Alpine Officials chair, past NFSC council chair as well as past NYSSRA treasurer and USSS TD as well as FIS TD. I have been skiing my whole life, had 4 children race through the NYSSRA system as well as NCAA afterwards. I have always had a passion for ski racing and raced one year at Boston College.

I am very excited to be working with a group of dedicated, creative and passionate people that make up our committee members and chairs, our awesome staff and my friends on the board.

Good luck to all our athletes and their families, as well as coaches, officials, and numerous volunteers this season.  You are all the true heart of this organization!

Trent first became involved with ski racing about 8 years ago with his U10 daughter at Windham Mountain and subsequently began coaching at the U12 and U14 levels after completing his Level 100 in 2021.  Trent also has PSIA certifications having completed Level 1 and CS 1. Trent loves the sport and has seen firsthand the growth, in both skiing and life, that flows from it, which is why he is passionate about supporting its development in New York.  Trent has also served on the NYSSRA Finance Committee for the last year two years.

John Carbaugh is a U16+ coach at his home hill, Holiday Valley in Ellicottville, NY. Having grown up racing the NYSSRA circuit, he is now using his experiences to teach the next generation the joys of skiing and competition. Outside of racing John is a mechanical engineer who enjoys the outdoors often biking, rock climbing or golfing. 

Hi! I'm Jack Conneely. I raced for Windham Race Factory for 10 years. I am very excited to work with NYSSRA to improve the racer experience and tackle different issues. I love ski racing because of the people I have met along the way that are some of my closest friends.

have the opportunity to feed my passion for athlete development
