I’m having trouble logging in to my NYSSRA account or Adminskiracing account, who can help?
In the lower right corner of your Nyssra.org or adminskiracing.com screen you’ll see a blue bar (“website help”), click here and submit a ticket for help. IT help is only available through this route, our staff does not have access to accounts, nor can they correct IT issues. Adminsports handles both our Nyssra registration and adminskiracing race registration pages and their knowledgable IT team will respond to you within 24 hours.

I’m looking for event and calendar info, where can I find it?
Click on the calendar tab at the top of the nyssra.org site. Our calendar will be posted by late September 2023. We strive to create our calendar early to let families and coaches know in advance what the season will bring. Planning and prepare ahead of time makes for a great season!
I have questions on development and training for my athlete, who can I talk to?

I need reimbursement for a race or need correction on a race registration, how do I do that?
Call the Race Administrator at the host venue, they directly handle all registration and rosters for races. Club information is posted under the ‘Clubs’ tab on the front page of our website.
When does membership open?
Registration for the season will open in early August for the year. Pay close attention to our deadlines! You must register by Oct. 15th at 11:59pm to avoid late fees. Late fees increase incrementally monthly until January. Best to register early so you don’t forget!
Where do I look for info on racer support funds?
Look under the ‘About Us’ tab on the front page of our website and click the ‘Racer Support Policy’ tab

I have a duplicate charge on my credit card for a race registration, how can I get that fixed?
Go to adminskiracing.com and use the blue tab in the lower right corner of your screen for IT/service help, the customer service team will process a refund for you.
